      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
      - Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, presentations, and reports while maintaining accurate records
      - Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
      - Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring project timelines are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED; college degree is a plus
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot)
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
