      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the CEO and COO
      - Prepare for, run, and document EOS meetings while tracking action items
      - Screen and route incoming phone calls professionally
      - Order and stock office supplies and coordinate vendor relationships
      - Assist with daily bookkeeping and financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize independently
      - Comfortable using Google Workspace and calendar management tools; experience with QuickBooks is a plus
      - Trustworthy, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information

      - Familiarity with EOS/Traction frameworks
      - Proactive initiative and follow-through in tasks
      - Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment
