- Identify targets and executing selling strategies based on company direction through ethical selling practice.
- Drive sales growth through helping to derive best practices to ensure proper targeting and appropriate reimbursement practices.
- Contribute key learnings to the team at ETS to demonstrate key understanding of the marketplace and places of strategic opportunities.
- Use approved corporate literature, scientific data and presentations to customer and potential customers.
- Provide reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory sales forecasts based on agreed upon timelines
- Demonstrate an understanding of industry products, updates and market knowledge.
- Ensure that all activities conform to company guidelines, travel/expense guidelines compliance standards, Code of Ethics and federal/state/local laws.
- Assist with training field Area Managers, professional education and mentorship roles as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
- BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of experience in wound care field with progressive responsible positions and 5+ years in medical sales required
- 5+ years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry preferred
- O.R./Surgical/VAC Submission experience required
- Experience with skin substitutes preferred
- Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies
