      • Executive Assistant handles scheduling, note-taking, email management, and data entry.
      • Envisions sales reps sending draft emails for Executive Assistant to refine.
      • Pipedrive for CRM, and essential skills involving Google Suite, Mixmax, and Vimcal.
      • Executive Assistant's support needed for scheduling, entering notes, and managing emails for sales and accounts management.
      • Voice notes will be sent to the Executive Assistant to be entered into the system.
      • Executive Assistant will also be responsible for sending emails and managing calendars.


      What are the required qualifications for an Executive Assistant?
      • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
      • Experience with calendar management
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Google Suite
      • Excellent organizational, planning skills and communication skills (written and oral
      • Fluency in English and scheduling skills are important.
