      Amazon Business is looking for an Executive Assistant to support two Directors in Arlington, VA or Boston, MA.

      We are seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking and self-motivated individual who has superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important.

      Key job responsibilities
      · Work in partnership with senior leaders, functional business partners, and other EA's to provide seamless support to the organization.
      · Proactively manage executive calendars with attention to accuracy, detail and allocation of time to promote productivity and recognize the need to re-prioritize as appropriate.
      · Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team.
      · Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on all items
      · Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (all-teams meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
      · Act as a liaison for direct reports
      · Complete expense reports, and manage corporate card purchases
      · Management of team space, including moves and re-configurations
      · Manage domestic and international travel as needed.

      - High school or equivalent diploma
      - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications- Experience leading process improvements
      - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
      - Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
