Amazon MGM Studios, the original film and series production arm of Amazon.com is seeking a highly-intelligent, high-judgment, self-motivated and creative Executive Assistant to join the team.
Key job responsibilities
• Liaise with other department coordinators to help with executive scheduling- such as, but not limited to, travel, premiere tickets, festival coordination, etc.
• Handle heavy scheduling, travel needs, and general admin support for the Head of Content PR
• Create new vendors and purchase orders; PO Troubleshooting
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
• Support series/movies launch campaigns, including creating talent itineraries, booking talent glam, and coordinating talent travel
• Track/compile upcoming show and movie budgets/spending to keep the team’s overall budget up-to-date
• Own programs and projects in various areas across Amazon MGM Studios Communications team
• Support in the management of metrics to measure results across the teams

Culver City, CA, USA- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
