Job Description

- Support the General Manager
- Ensures and supports that business projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Customer interface
- Responsible for Project Management Office for the GM.
- Opportunity and Improvement Management.
- Attend and support customer internal and external executive meetings.
- Align with financial planning cycle and budget management.
- Travel Management. § IT tools&Assets Management.
- Organize Special projects or events
- KPI reporting and standard reporting to all key processes.
- Support communication with the Customer.
- Support Budget review process and headcount planning with finance.
- Support HR administration case management, headcount, and contractor management.
- Up to date on the latest governance and processes that pertain to work package development & approval.
- Contribute to process standardization.
- Develop and enhance processes and tracking to allow better site efficiency management.
- Provide standard slide decks for weekly/monthly business reviews, leveraging KPI Dashboards and reports provided by
- Align reporting with monthly business reviews, and regional product and service delivery governance
- Coordinate meetings and calendars, compile data to prepare papers or presentations and often act as a representative to their assigned executive.

Qualifications & Functional Knowledge
Holds Business and accounting/administration/project management degree or equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts.
