      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level administrative support to the Premier Brand Superintendent and TexasWorks Brand Superintendent
      - Perform clerical functions, including proofreading, preparing correspondence, and scheduling meetings
      - Handle all expense reports and ensure organized data files
      - Draft and review a variety of documents while maintaining updated corporate records
      - Support the management of projects and complete special assignments as directed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting a corporate office
      - Associate's degree preferred
      - Mastery of standard office administrative practices and procedures
      - Strong computer literacy, including experience with Google Apps
      - Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong leadership abilities

      - Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
      - Experience in improving quality results by evaluating and redesigning processes
      - Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and develop good relationships with leadership
