What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination for the CTO, anticipating conflicts and proactively suggesting solutions
- Plan and execute comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and expense management
- Coordinate logistics for team offsites, all-hands meetings, and other large-scale events for the technology organization
- Serve as a liaison between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications with discretion and professionalism
- Take ownership of special projects and initiatives, bringing creative solutions to complex challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, ideally with a software/tech company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional organizational and logistical planning skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working in ambiguous situations with minimal direction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with Google Workspace is highly desired
