- Working closely with a senior partner to determine, plan and implement effective programs to manage workflow
- Organizing, monitoring, and maintaining all email correspondence throughout the day
- Managing logistics for partner’s calendar and travel
- Keeping track of meeting information, timelines, and timeframes, providing formal agendas where needed
- Coordinating with necessary parties to facilitate complex travel arrangements and execute itineraries
- Being nimble and facile in response to changing needs, priorities, and work product requirements
- Establishing trusting relationships with peers, attorneys, and managers, supported by ongoing communication and collaboration to provide seamless results
- Working with senior partner to facilitate and plan activities associated with board memberships, external associations, and organizations
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience, including experience providing executive-level administrative support
- Adeptness at looking around corners for what needs to be done, being a strong communicator who asks the next question and takes pride in staying one step ahead to help manage a busy, dynamic and high-profile practice
- Proven experience with a strong focus on client service and responsiveness for internal and external clients
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work with various leadership and communication styles
- Reliability, dependability, and flexibility regarding work schedule
- Strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new technologies as needed
