- Five (5) years of executive assistant experience strongly preferred Must have strong computer skills

This role provides administrative support for the President and CEO. Prepares correspondence, schedules meetings, answers telephone calls, maintains files, attends meetings and prepares minutes as required. Responsible for the coordination of special administrative projects.
Provides assistance to the Volunteer Services Department in areas of coordination of volunteer activities, scheduling, record keeping, and general office management. Assists with the day-to-day operations of the Volunteer services department along with supporting events, meetings and special assignments.
Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally

Pay Range
$28.70 - $45.89 / hour
