What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas and minutes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed at the CEO
- Support the CEO with research and prepare presentations, reports, and documents
- Collaborate with other executives on various projects and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Colorado resident
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Non-Profit Management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a non-profit environment
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
- Experience with a web-based collaboration and document management system such as Box or SharePoint
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry
- Knowledge and experience using AI
- Strong meeting planning and event coordination experience
