What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics
- Coordinate high volume of travel arrangements
- Prepare and manage executive's expense reimbursement reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least five years of experience supporting an executive role
- Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and effective prioritization skills
