      Ground Control Business Management, a subsidiary of NFP, is seeking a full time Executive Assistant to provide personal administrative support and assistance to Partners and Managers. This includes a variety of clerical duties to support business management operations. This is a fast-paced, confidential environment, requiring excellent written and communication skills, multi-tasking, and attention to detail. This is a full-time onsite role.

      Responsibilities:

      • Answer and manage incoming calls
      • Receive and interact with incoming visitors
      • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
      • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
      • Record and transcribe notes when on a phone call
      • Liaise with internal staff at all levels
      • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
      • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
      • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents
      • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
      • Other special projects as assigned

      Requirements:

      • 3 years’ experience providing support at a high level
      • Proficiency with Excel and Word
      • Organizational and planning skills
      • Judgement and decision-making ability
      • Team member
      • Adaptability
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Personable, positive and enthusiastic attitude
      • Proficient in overseeing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines
      • Be able to work with a variety of personalities

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $95,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
