- 5+ years of executive assistant experience, specifically in the entertainment industry
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Title: Executive Assistant II
Duration: 6 Months with the possibility of extension
Location: Culver City, CA 90232 (Onsite)
Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Executive Assistant to join the team. In this unique role, you will support an industry-facing leader located in Los Angeles, liaising between internal and external teams. You will work closely with other Executive Assistants as well as with top industry partners, so fluency with corporate professionalism and traditional entertainment standards is key. The ideal candidate has entertainment industry experience, interfacing with both talent and talent representation. The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs, and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives and celebrity talent is critical. The successful candidate will be able to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. This individual must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside of the company.
