What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the President and CEO's email inbox, calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate and prepare comprehensive travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence via email, chat, reports, and presentations
- Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring clear and timely information flow
- Execute and track the President and CEO's to-do list, providing daily progress reports until tasks are completed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives
- 3 years of experience in calendar and email management for senior leadership
- 2 years of experience in professional writing and editing
- 1 year of experience handling dictation and transcription
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience supporting an individual with ADHD
- Availability during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours, with preference for candidates who have previously worked within this time zone
