What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination for the Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
- Plan and execute comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements
- Coordinate logistics for team offsites, all-hands meetings, and other large-scale events
- Serve as a liaison between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders
- Take ownership of special projects and initiatives, bringing creative solutions to challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, ideally in a software/tech company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional organizational and logistical planning skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort in ambiguous situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with Google Workspace is highly desired
