      We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to support Ruukki Construction Management Team and help in driving our success. Position is located in Helsinki, Finland and you will report directly to Head of Ruukki Construction.

      About the Role:


      As an Executive Assistant at Ruukki Construction, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executive team, ensuring efficient operation and communication within the organization. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Additionally, the role includes a variety of administrative and assistant tasks aimed at supporting office employees and ensuring our smooth day-to-day operations.

      Key responsibilities

      • Administrative Support: Assist management teams by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and coordinating travel arrangements.
      • Communication and Coordination: Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executive team. Coordinate and manage company and office events and executive functions.
      • Point of Contact: Act as a point of contact for various internal and external partners, including our employees and our networks at SSAB.
      • Employee Support: Provide support and guidance to our people in various administrative matters, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our Helsinki office.

      What we are looking for

      We are looking for a person who has

      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
      • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

      The ideal candidate has experience in working with executive teams and can support management in a flexible manner. You possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to handle stress and perform effectively under pressure. As we operate in an international environment, proficiency in English and Finnish and cultural understanding are essential.
