      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level administrative support to the Translational Research Institute (TRI) Director and leadership
      - Manage the Director’s calendar, travel arrangements, presentations, and correspondence
      - Develop faculty biosketches, graphics, tables, figures, and assist with federal grant submissions
      - Coordinate special projects and events for the Director and TRI leadership
      - Demonstrate excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus 4 years of administrative support experience, preferably at the executive level; OR high school diploma/GED plus 8 years of administrative support experience, preferably at the executive level
      - Experience in executive-level administrative support
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel) and videoconferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, WebEx)
