      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of the Translational Research Institute (TRI) and TRI leadership
      - Manage the Director’s calendar, travel arrangements, presentations, and correspondence
      - Develop faculty biosketches and provide editing and formatting for federal grant submissions
      - Coordinate special projects and events for the Director and TRI leadership
      - Demonstrate excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus 4 years of administrative support experience, preferably at the executive level, OR high school diploma/GED plus 8 years of relevant experience
      - Proven experience in executive-level administrative support
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel) and videoconferencing tools (i.e., Zoom, WebEx)
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Detail-oriented and self-directed with the ability to multi-task

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a healthcare or academic research setting
      - Familiarity with federal grant submission processes
      - Advanced skills in graphic design or data visualization software
      - Experience coordinating high-profile events or projects
      - Strong understanding of translational research methodologies
