- Assist in preparation of regional meetings (e.g. Operations Committee, Senior Leadership Meeting, Staff Meetings, etc.) and briefing materials and minutes. Set-up of a meaningful follow-up and communication process.
- Critical evaluation of presentations and decision documents.
- Build effective relationships with key entities and personnel to establish information links and promotion of knowledge exchanges

Job Details:
Work closely with key team members to coordinate the flow of information between the Office of the President, the functional areas, and countries. Work with key contacts and their staff to make sure the President and CEO are fully informed about business, operational, and financial issues and developments in his area of responsibility. Initiate problem resolution and proper communication.
Education:
We are looking for undergraduate students with a strong desire to learn and improve on their skills.
Students studying Business Administration, Communications, and Marketing are encouraged to apply.

The specific activities the Intern will participate in are listed above. Learning for the Intern will take place using a “hand-on” approach: working on actual presentations that will go before the Operations Committee and used during Town Hall events and additional meetings as required. These activities will take place with the guidance of the Executive Assistant.
Mentorship:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will act as the mentor/supervisor for the Intern. The EA is uniquely qualified to act as the mentor for the Intern as they are intimately aware of the needs and expectations of the CEO’s office. Further, the EA has a knowledge base that expands beyond the CEO’s office and into the other functions of MBFS, exposing the Intern to other aspects of the business and ultimately expanding their learning.. The student will be involved in team meetings as well as 1:1 meetings.
Ideal candidate will have prior working experiences that highlight abilities to manage assigned work tasks and to manage timelines/deadlines. Candidate should have work, classroom, or extracurricular club experience working in teams and/or leading small groups. Candidate should also have work experience or classroom project experience preparing communications, data analyses, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Please note: this is a part-time internship in our Farmington Hills, MI office. The candidate must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program. The internship will run from August 2025 until August 2026. The start date and end date are flexible based on the candidate's availability.
Candidates must be able to work 100% on-site.
