      2. Key responsibilities

      The Executive Assistant (EA) will be based in Kigali, Rwanda, and is expected to perform diversified administrative duties for Keyrus EPM EMEA which includes but are not limited to:

      • Executive & Administrative Support:
        Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, book travel, and provide seamless logistical support to leadership. Handle expenses, timesheets, invoice processing, and legal documentation.
      • Project Coordination:
        Collaborate with project leaders on planning, tracking progress, stakeholder communication, and evaluating results. This role can evolve into a project management career track.
      • Business Operations:
        Act as a liaison with internal teams and external providers (accounting, legal, immigration, payroll), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
      • Documentation & Reporting:
        Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and operational documentation with precision and clarity.
      • Continuous Improvement:
        Identify opportunities to optimize administrative processes and proactively implement solutions.

      • Perform other related duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate.

      4. Our ideal candidate background

      Experience is key for us as we will give you immediate responsibilities:

      • Experience: At least 2 years of Executive Assistant, Administrator, or other relevant related working experience.
      • Proven experience in general administration.
      • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and enthusiastic about learning and working with new technologies.

      • Competitive Salary - the starting salary will be 750,000 RWF after taxes.

      6. Application Process
