      As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support for Las Vegas Raiders senior leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and organization initiatives. The Executive Assistant will support four members of our senior leadership team including managing daily calendars, scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, writing itineraries, and arranging travel. This role will collaborate with all departments across the organization and will need to approach every interaction with positivity and openness along with a service mindset.

      Essential Job Functions

      • Provides effective and comprehensive support to four members of the senior leadership team.
      • Maintains senior leadership team’s calendar: coordinates, arranges and confirms meetings; arranges for meeting room setup and refreshments; screens requests for appointments; schedules the use of meeting rooms; anticipates and monitors deadlines, prompting the senior leadership team’s attention.
      • Demonstrates proper phone etiquette, as well as people and communication skills; provides general office support to all employees on an as needed basis and performs related duties as required.
      • Represents senior leadership team by maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance, and respects confidential information at all times.
      • Proofreads and checks typed and other materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the organization’s standards, policies, and procedures.
      • Prepares travel requests; makes and confirms travel and other arrangements for conferences and business trips; prepares itineraries; compiles expense reports; and prepares post-travel memoranda.
      • Serves as the internal communication liaison.
      • Provides administrative and other support for the senior leadership team as needed.
      • Acts as a meeting recorder, summarizing action items precisely.
      • Performs diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring comprehensive skill and knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
      • Conducts research to assist senior leadership team with inquiries or tasks.
      • Types documents to include correspondence, presentations, forms, reports, etc.
      • Composes letters, memos, emails, and reports.
      • Reconciles expenses and submits reimbursable items for processing.
      • Assists with special projects and initiatives as required.
      • All other duties as assigned.


      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
      • 5+ years of Executive Assistant or Administrative experience required.
      • Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
      • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills, and organizational skills.
      • Strong communication with all levels of management and employees as well as guests and third parties.
      • Must have the ability to maintain professionalism in various business and social settings while still being courteous and friendly.
      • Ability to handle highly confidential information while exercising discretion and judgement.
      • Uphold the organization's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
      • Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google, cellphone apps, etc.) and office machines (copy/fax machines).
      • Working knowledge of Concur travel system.
      • Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail.
      • Positive attitude, highly motivated, and able to easily build relationships across multiple functions and business units.
      • Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.


      Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):

      • Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift
      • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
      • Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
