      Job Description Summary

      Cushman & Wakefield are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join them in London.

      This is a key role for the business, where you will be providing full EA support to Global & EMEA Skill Line Leads. The successful candidate will need to be flexible, adaptable, self-motivated and able to prioritise demands.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Provide detailed and high level calendar management for to ensure requests and queries are quickly and efficiently dealt with.
      • Acting as an international gatekeeper to maximise their time and efficiency and ensure service Line Heads are well prepared for meetings as required.
      • Pro-actively organising client and internal meetings and resolving clashes across multiple time zones.
      • Liaising with clients, stakeholders and other internal and external PA’s.
      • Manage, organise and research domestic and international travel and hotel requirements.
      • Submission of corporate card and personal expenses through HR system Workday.
      • Responsible for co-ordination, agenda setting and minute taking for internal meetings.
      • Ensure internal/external meeting rooms are booked for all meetings.
      • Format client and internal presentations, documents, letters and correspondence when required.
      • Providing administrative support to the teams where necessary.
      • Liaison with different service lines, stakeholders and other areas of the business to facilitate the overall success of projects and requests.
      • Support project work as required.

      Knowledge & Experience:

      • Highly proficient in all Microsoft programmes including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
      • Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
      • Client relationship management skills.
      • Excellent business English both written and oral
      • Outstanding attention to detail is essential.
      • Demonstrable Executive PA experience.
      • Experience working in the property sector or financial or professional services firm an advantage

      • Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
      • Flexible approach to meet the demands of an Executive level’s schedule.
      • A strong team player who is self-motivated, uses own initiative and works well under pressure.
      • Personable, adaptable and able to build relationships across the business and externally in order to represent their executive.
