Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the COO and designated team members, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
Assist in updating, maintaining, and reporting calendar, travel, emails, pipeline reports, hospitality events, prospects lists, expense reports and engaged deal status reports
Assist in processing regulatory and other third-party reporting requests
Maintain internal tracking databases; update information as needed to organize for efficient and accurate reporting
Track loan closings and interface with producers to verify all transaction data to prepare accurate and timely reporting for Accounting department
Assists in preparing or updating general & specific marketing packages
Provide quality service and support to producers, clients, vendors, and fellow employees throughout Colliers Minneapolis office
Other duties and special projects as assigned
A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, or in a position with comparable duties required
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education or experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
Familiarity with Adobe products preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills through phone and email
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Excellent customer service skills

SUMMARY
This role will assist the EVP, Chief Operating Officer and their team in business development projects and administrative tasks. The position is a highly visible, client, vendor and executives facing role where the individual is a key part in the flow and success of the team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a team-orientated attitude who has an interest in operations, commercial real estate finance, and marketing.
This is a full-time position that requires regular and reliable attendance Monday through Friday during standard business hours with the expectation of being onsite in Minneapolis, MN at least 4 days a week.

Area/Location Specific: Minneapolis, MNApproximate salary range for this role: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
