Job Description

- Provide senior-level executive administrative support to multiple leaders
- Schedule and manage calendars and complex travel arrangements across different time zones
- Expense reconciliation and report management
- Coordinate meetings, activities, and communications on behalf of the leaders
- Support administrative teams across the organization on various projects
- Plan team meetings and support event management while working closely with functional team leaders
- Review and proof-read planning documents and presentations
- Act as the main point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Special projects as assigned
- At least 5 years of executive assistant experience supporting high-level executives, preferably in complex global organizations, or relevant other experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly in a diplomatic manner
- Unflappable, flexible, and can overcome a learning curve quickly
- Extremely strong communication skills on multiple platforms and mediums (email, text, in person, video calls, etc.)
- Tech savvy and familiar working in MS Office operating systems, WebEx, Teams, and SharePoint
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not necessary
- Location is flexible with willingness to support all US time zones
- Position is hybrid with minor travel to support large events

As Executive Assistant for senior JLL Work Dynamics leadership, you’ll play a key role in the successful growth of our business. You will be supporting our Data Center Leadership Team and collaborating across the organization to provide phenomenal support. This critical role relies on precise execution, excellent communication and creative thinking to ensure the team has everything necessary to achieve the ambitious goals of the portfolio. Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:
75,000.00 – 80,000.00 USD per yearThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
