What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the CEO's business calendar, schedule meetings, submit expense reports, and coordinate travel
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring effective communication
- Draft and prepare committee and leadership agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes
- Handle correspondence, research issues, and assist in creating presentations
- Organize extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodating last-minute changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Music, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an executive assistant or high-level administrative assistant
- Familiarity with the Music or Entertainment industry strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Docs/Spreadsheets

- Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Soundcloud
- Ability to make sound decisions within established guidelines
- Strong analytical skills to address complex issues effectively
