What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Legal and Risk Officer and General Counsel
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate division-wide activities
- Handle expenses and travel arrangements for senior executives
- Ensure seamless execution of in-person, hybrid, or remote events
- Assist with special projects that impact the Risk Management division
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Advanced calendar and scheduling skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to work well under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Concur for expense management
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs and enhance their daily operations
- Background in risk management or legal support roles
- Familiarity with organizing division-wide events and activities
- Strong track record of effective communication with high-level stakeholders
