      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively manage the CFO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with key business priorities and cycles
      - Coordinate meetings, inputs, and deliverables across the Finance organization, tracking follow-ups to completion
      - Serve as the first line of triage for all inbound communication, drafting executive communications in the CFO’s voice
      - Own logistics for board prep, business reviews, investor meetings, and offsites, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives
      - Plan and optimize travel for the CFO and accompanying leaders, managing expense submissions in compliance with company policy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3–5+ years of experience supporting VP/C-level leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments
      - Proficiency in Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneDrive
      - Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate crisply and clearly
      - High judgment and urgency, with the ability to anticipate and solve issues independently
      - Experience handling sensitive financial and personnel information with discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in tech, ecommerce, finance, or similar industries
      - Proven ability to manage competing executive priorities effectively
      - Familiarity with project tracking tools and methodologies
