      Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated professional Executive Assistant to provide office management support to the Executive Director and the immediate direct reports (to include Directors and Executive levels) of the Global Trade organization, within Legal, Contracts, and Compliance. You can effectively manage under time constraints, in a dynamic environment, and can multi-task. The candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, technically savvy, and possess excellent organizational skills. The role performs a wide range of administrative tasks and requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of information.

      This position is currently designated as onsite and candidates will be required to reside near the Arlington, VA or McKinney, TX locations.

      What You Will Do:

      • Provide support to the Raytheon Global Trade Executive Director:

        • Calendar management

        • Meeting support

        • Travel arrangements (including international)

        • Expense reports

        • Organizational Chart Updates

        • Issue Communications on behalf of the Function

        • Help plan department and staff events

        • Ad hoc support for Global Trade staff and personnel and as part of the broader Legal, Contracts, and Compliance team

      • Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining documents/files, arranging meetings, catering, requesting office supplies, making proper referrals, and sending, receiving, referring, and answering emails

      • Prepare presentations/charts as required

      • Answer questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures

      • Gathers, compiles and reports on information requested by the Executive Director

      • Working independently on special assignments, managing the Executive Director’s schedule, handling of confidential documents/information, and other administrative duties

      Qualifications You Must Have:

      • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

      • Microsoft Office experience

      • Prior experience with meeting coordination and logistics

      • Previous administrative or office support experience: prior experience in roles involving general administrative or office support tasks

      • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position

      Qualifications We Prefer:

      • Strong Organization and time management skills

      • Concur Travel & Expense software

      • KPMG Multistate Tax software

      • Aerospace industry experience

      • Advanced Excel experience

      • Experience supporting legal or compliance functions

      • Experience with certain relevant tasks (visitor screening and management, restricted party screening, digital certificate/trusted identity certificate management, export license application submission, etc.)

      The salary range for this role is 48,000 USD - 112,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

      This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
