Job Description

Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, and respond on behalf of leadership when appropriate.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, including filing and document management.
Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and minor accounting duties.
Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure the leadership's time is effectively managed.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Perform other administrative duties as required to support the Tech org.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Experience in the automotive or retail industry.
