      ABOUT THE JOB

      The Executive Assistant at Everside Health will perform a variety of executive administrative and support duties for the business office and leadership team. The incumbent must be entrepreneurial in spirit, thrive in an environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. This individual must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Provide administrative support that may include but not be limited to:
        • Schedule, organize, and/or coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, professional and personal travel arrangements, conferences, and other activities as requested.
        • Proactively prepare, reconcile, track, and submit expense reports on a weekly basis.
        • Compose and edit correspondence and memos from written and verbal direction.
        • Prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit, and distribute agendas and minutes of meetings as needed or requested.
      • Interact, communicate, and coordinate with board members with the highest level of attention to detail, timeliness, and professionalism.
      • Respond confidently, courteously, knowledgeably, and professionally to internal and external phone calls and office visitors, exhibiting a “can do” customer service attitude.
      • Host the Operations Team for in-person meetings including room set up, A/V coordination, meals, coffee, and other requirements that may arise to ensure a welcome, inviting, efficient, and effective gathering.
      • Handle special projects and/or department specific assignments on an as needed and sometimes urgent basis.
      • Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position. Work will be in the office and remote, as directed.
      • Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures.
      • Manage all information with absolute confidentiality.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience supporting C-level executives required. Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

      Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000/yr

      The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
