What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support, including coordination of travel arrangements and meeting logistics
- Strategically manage calendars, ensuring schedules and meeting governance are respected
- Oversee and manage special projects and reporting, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives
- Prioritize and track inbound communication to assigned executives
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, with 3+ years as an executive administrative assistant
- Ability to travel within the US up to 25%
- Available to work across various time zones and/or non-traditional working hours as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
