What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage calendars for 3-4 senior executives, optimizing schedules and resolving meeting conflicts
- Compile data and prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management review
- Serve as the first point of contact for operational inquiries and issues
- Prioritize and track inbound communications to assigned executives
- Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements and meeting logistics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years as an executive administrative assistant
- Availability to work across various time zones and non-traditional hours as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- In-depth understanding of executive team operations
- Experience managing complex calendars and negotiating schedules across multiple executives
- Hands-on experience with Google Suite
