What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate multiple complex calendars for senior executives, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and events
- Draft, review, and distribute correspondence, memos, and presentations while maintaining organized files and documentation
- Plan and execute logistics for internal and external events, ensuring successful execution and coordination with vendors
- Prepare and process expense reports in compliance with company policies, tracking and reconciling expenses
- Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring alignment with company policies and preparing detailed itineraries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
- Experience in travel coordination, calendar management, and event planning is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Japanese language skills are a strong plus
- Experience with private, corporate travel coordination
