      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Anticipate and manage senior executive's needs, organizing, prioritizing, and managing time and projects
      - Coordinate all internal and external meetings, travel plans, and day-to-day activities
      - Prepare and review documents, messages, and presentations
      - Manage phone calls, screening and prioritizing incoming calls
      - Organize programs, events, meetings, and conferences, including facilities, vendors, and budgets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA Degree
      - 10+ years of executive assistant experience to senior level executives in a mid-to-large company
      - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
      - Ability to act independently and anticipate executive needs
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration programs
