      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary liaison for two Division Presidents, managing high-volume scheduling and shifting priorities
      - Coordinate intricate travel itineraries and logistics, including international and domestic flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
      - Prepare, reconcile, and track executive expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
      - Develop and edit high-impact PowerPoint presentations and executive-level documents
      - Proactively handle office vendor relationships and day-to-day operational needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior-level executives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis), along with strong skills in Word and PowerPoint
      - Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint
      - Impeccable organizational skills, discretion, and sound judgment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong focus on follow-through

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with facilities support or vendor coordination is a plus
