      Are you a proactive problem-solver who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? M Health Fairview is looking for a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. In this essential role, you’ll manage complex calendars, handle high-level communications, and keep key initiatives on track—all while representing Fairview with discretion, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

      Position Details

      • 0.6 FTE (48 hours per pay period)

      • Day shift

      • No weekends

      Whether you’re managing high-stakes meetings or coordinating executive travel, your work will directly support Fairview’s mission to improve health and well-being across Minnesota.

      What You’ll Do

      • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting preparation for senior executives

      • Coordinate agendas, take meeting minutes, and prepare polished presentations and communications

      • Serve as a key point of contact—building positive relationships and managing requests on behalf of leadership

      • Plan and organize meetings, events, and travel logistics, often involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines

      • Handle confidential information with care and professionalism

      • Support strategic initiatives like business unit strategy deployment and tiered management

      • Prioritize competing demands and deliver exceptional support under pressure

      • Provide backup support to other leaders or administrative staff when needed

      What You Bring

      Required Experience:

      • 3–5 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant

      Preferred:

      • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

      • 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives (SVP or above)

      • Experience working in healthcare or large organizations is a plus
