What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CSO, handling confidential information professionally
- Manage executive communications, including checking and returning voicemails and emails as directed
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives and schedule meetings, taking notes and recording minutes
- Plan and execute various meetings and company events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively
- Ensure adequate office supplies and maintain strict adherence to company policies and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of four years of related experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with medical/research terminology
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a clinical research environment
- Proven ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
