      Executive Assistant, Quality Global Operations

      The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting one or more Executives in managing highly complex tasks and strategic projects, exercising autonomy within established procedures. The role services as a liaison between the executive and other stakeholders, manages executive calendars, coordinates high stakes meetings and oversees comprehensive travel and event planning, ensuring alignment with business priorities while managing executive expectations.

      Your Role

      • Executive Support and Strategic Projects : Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to executives, assisting with complex tasks, strategic projects, and decision-making while adhering to corporate policies.
      • Communication and Liaison : Serve as a tactful communicator and gatekeeper between executives and stakeholders; handle correspondence, screen visitors, and manage confidential information.
      • Scheduling and Meeting Coordination : Manage executives' calendars and coordinate complex scheduling to align with business priorities, ensuring they are informed of key meetings and timelines.
      • Travel and Event Management : Organize travel arrangements and high-profile events, ensuring logistics are handled efficiently and comply with corporate policies.
      • Document and Expense Management : Prepare reports, presentations, and documents; manage records and expense reports to ensure accuracy and support financial objectives.

      You're The Right Fit If

      • You have experience as an executive assistant in the medical device industry and have understanding of relevant compliance standards that govern the medical device industry.
      • Your skills include strong knowledge of policies and procedures, MS Office, complex international travel scheduling, order purchase procedures, and stakeholder management strategies.
      • You have a minimum of bachelor's degree or higher.
      • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
      • You're a self-starter with the ability to work independently; have strong attention to detail; strong ability to multi-task and prioritize, as well as a strong work ethic and positive problem-solving attitude.

      How We Work Together

      We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

      This is an office-based role.

      Philips Transparency Details

      The pay range for this position in San Diego, CA, is $37.56/hr to $60.09/hr., plus overtime eligible.

      The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

      In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.       At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
