Heavy scheduling and complex calendar management for multiple executives; proactively manages shifting priorities to maximize team efficiency Coordinates extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, meals, itineraries, and visa support Prepares and submits accurate and timely expense reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies Maintains thorough and strategic contact management for the team, including CRM/database updates as needed Provides a polished, client-facing experience by greeting and seating visitors, setting up and breaking down conference rooms, and ensuring a welcoming office environment Represents the company in a highly professional manner when interacting with senior executives, founders, and external partners on behalf of the Partners, Talent, and Marketing teams Collaborates with the broader EA team by supporting colleagues as needed, participating in rotating kitchen duties, and assisting with office ma...Executive Assistant, Executive, Assistant, Staffing, Business Services, ManagementAbout the company
