      This dynamic role supports a team of busy executives at a fast-growing startup, acting as a key partner by anticipating needs, driving efficiencies, and optimizing daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and excels in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. We're seeking someone with strong maturity, resilience, and the ability to handle sensitive information and shifting priorities with professionalism and discretion.


      Job Description


      Responsibilities

      • Manage and prioritize day-to-day operations and scheduling for Executive.
      • Support Executive as a key liaison for coordination of communications with employees, investors, partners, and collaborators.
      • Keep Executive well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
      • Build relationships crucial to the success of the company.
      • Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining the cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans.


      Qualifications

      • BS/BA degree preferred and 3+ years of C-level experience in Tech/VC/Finance.
      • Proactive and resourceful team player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
      • Clear oral and written communication skills.
      • Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
      • A forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
      • Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job.
