      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, CCO, and President, ensuring seamless daily operations
      - Manage complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel across multiple time zones
      - Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner, prioritizing tasks for effective use of executives’ time
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication
      - Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance executive workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to be in the office at least three days a week in San Francisco
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience providing high-level executive support to C-suite leaders
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
      - Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
      - Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain one at the company’s expense)
      - Proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
