      This Executive Assistant provides direct administrative support to Senior Leadership at WW. This individual must possess the ability to independently complete tasks and projects quickly; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events; take effective action, anticipate needs and efficiently and creatively solve problems. This role will interact with all levels of internal and external management, as well as outside clients. The individual must have a professional presence and experience with high profile clients. This individual must also be able to quickly meet changing deadlines and priorities associated with event coordination and can be fully committed to the role.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Key administrative responsibility for the Chief Product Officer and 1-2 additional leaders within the Product organization.

      • Manages a high volume / active calendar, including tracking of meetings and following up appropriately.

      • Assists with in office gatherings, meetings and events.

      • Coordinates all travel and accommodations, international & domestic, creating itineraries with all necessary information required.

      • Serves as key communicator and liaison with the organization. Responds to a high volume of email inquiries and phone calls as needed.

      • Tracks, reconciles and prepares expense reports for the team using Navan

      • Vendor invoice processing and coding

      • Partners and collaborates with the EA team to ensure that the executive team has the support required to meet business objectives; this includes providing back up support when required.

      Requirements:

      • SF based; Must be able and willing to work in person at the office 5 days per week

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred

      • 5+ years administrative experience; event coordination and vendor management desired

      • Ability to multitask; manage numerous projects at one time

      • Ability to communicate effectively across an organization to get things done

      • Acting with urgency on time-sensitive legal matters

      • Experience working with Google Suite tools

      • Experience working with C-Suite executives and/or high profile leaders

      • The individual will be expected to be available after hours in case of urgent matters.

      Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary is $110,000 to $130,000K/annually.
