Job Description

- Extensive scheduling and calendar coordination, including booking conference rooms, presentation equipment, and catering as applicable in various Adobe offices
- Coordinating travel arrangements – both domestic & international – and submit/maintain expense reports
- Filter and manage requests for internal & external commitments
- In collaboration with BP Program Manager, coordinate special projects including offsites, team building activities and ensure operating cadence for global staff meetings
- Attend staff meetings and capture key outcomes and actions - drive follow up accountability with the team
- Provide support with PowerPoint presentations, communications across teams
- Regularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide back up for vacation/illness as needed
- Highly organized, proactive critical thinker who can anticipate needs and proactively manage multiple requests and conflicting requests
- Positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion and willingness to excel in the role and as a part of the team
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and proven track record of integrity and discretion
- Passion for creating opportunities to streamline efforts and improve processes and share knowledge
- Ability to remain flexible, embrace change and manage expectations
- Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal direction
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and timely follow through
- Proven ability to assess and prioritize conflicting demands
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts with diplomacy and professionalism
- Minimum of 6-8 years administrative experience
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Eagerness to network with other executive assistants at Adobe and cooperate as a worldwide team
- Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support at events/conferences
- Experience with expense management, travel reservation and event planning
- Clear and concise communication and time management skills
