What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage communications such as emails, calls, and memos, prioritizing urgent matters and responding appropriately
- Schedule and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, gathering materials, and tracking action items
- Analyze data and prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for executives
- Maintain and organize both digital and physical files, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and up to date
- Assist in tracking the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timelines are met and tasks are completed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or similar role focused on analytical tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Relevant certifications or training in data analysis or project management
- Strong spreadsheet and data manipulation skills
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and present insights effectively
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making
