      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive executive support to the CIO, CFO, and CSSO, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
      - Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate collaboration and information flow
      - Organize and manage events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring efficient logistical handling
      - Assist in running small programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
      - Perform various administrative duties, including preparing reports and presentations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting Senior Management
      - Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
      - Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to produce high-quality presentations
      - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional knowledge of IT and People Systems is highly desirable
      - Experience working across different global time zones and asynchronously
