      Executive Assistant to Managing Director, NSW & ACT

      Below are just some of the key responsibilities you can expect to undertake

      • Day to day planning and scheduling – provide comprehensive support to the Regional Managing Director, who leads approximately 1,000 team members across three offices.
      • Stakeholder Accountability – maintain fluid communication and ensure key stakeholders are held accountable
      • A genuine interest in fostering successful working relationships with people at all levels of the organisation and externally with Clients.
      • Employ your passion for digital and innovation to explore and test new ways of working
      • Coordinate and manage events both internally and externally including workshops
      • Dynamic calendar and inbox management (acting on urgent requirements)

      • Creation of quality presentations, documents, and reports
      • Production of fortnightly newsletters
      • Meeting coordination including agenda and minutes
      • Business travel coordination and management

      As well as experience in a similar role. Specifically:

      • Critical Thinking and Strategic Insight - High attention to detail and ability to gather relevant information to make informed decisions
      • Organisational Excellence – Excellent organisational skills & ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast paced environment
      • Proven track record and genuine interest in working within/navigating through complex organisations
      • Demonstrated proactive approach, strong initiative, and sound judgement/decision-making skills
      • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to network and build successful relationships across the organisation on a regional and national level
      • Desire to get involved and contribute to initiatives
      • Advanced MS Office skills including the ability to develop quality PowerPoint presentations and other materials. Experience using Poppulo would be favourable but not essential.
