      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex schedules and coordinate meetings for the Chief Technology Officer and Chief of Staff
      - Serve as a central hub for internal communication, compiling executive summaries from various teams
      - Anticipate needs and identify potential issues before they arise, taking ownership of key projects
      - Facilitate seamless communication across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams
      - Assist in the execution of strategic projects and initiatives beyond traditional administrative tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives with a proactive approach
      - Exceptional ability to anticipate needs and take initiative on complex projects
      - Strong sense of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
      - Expert-level calendar coordination skills for managing multiple executives' schedules
      - Excellent communication and synthesis skills for creating clear executive summaries

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in fintech, financial services, or high-growth startup environments
      - Background supporting technical teams or product development functions
      - Familiarity with marketing, client operations, or advisor support areas
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Travel coordination and event planning experience
