- Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
- Responsible for the coordination of activities and information flowing to and from the executive offices.
- The Executive Assistant is responsible for performing high level administrative operational support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Nursing Officer and serves as the liaison representing the executives to the individuals of the public and Hillcrest Medical Center.
- Manages multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, screening and prioritizing communication from external and internal sources.
- One to three years of administrative experience
- Associates Degree
